  • Distribute approved wedding day schedule to vendors
  • Rehearsal Coordination
  • Set up of personal items including escort cards, programs, menus, favors…
  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors
  • Coordinator(s) stays through entire event
  • Oversee vendor load-ins/set up/strike
  • Assist in transporting wedding gifts to family vehicle or hotel room
  • Coordinate grand exits (sparklers, bubbles, petal toss)
